CAT is a computer based test of two hours duration and is divided into three sections: Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension; Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning; Quantitative Ability. CAT 2024 exam date is Nov 24, 2024 and the CAT exam 2024 will be held in three slots – Morning, Afternoon and Evening. CAT Exam Pattern : CAT 2021 exam date is November 28, 2021. IIM Ahmedabad will conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 in three slots of 2 hours each on the same day.
According to Prof M P Ram Mohan, CAT 2021 exam convener, “Considering that even last year, there could have been time pressure on the students to complete the exam on account of changes made, for CAT 2021, we have reduced the number of questions across all the three sections, including Quantitative Ability (QA), Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), and Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning” and has further added, “We hope that this will ensure that candidates get adequate time to complete the exam
