After a misunderstanding about postage I contacted via email and had a swift reply. The lovely Jade I spoke with not only apologised for the misunderstanding, she also more than made up for it by locating an in stock item to send out to us which arrived the next day. The quality of the beanbag is beautiful, we are over the moon- well worth the money and I’m glad I didn’t get a slightly cheaper option from elsewhere as the quality really is excellent. We chose a dusky pink velvet style one in L which is very generous in size and full with filling. We will order another for my son at some point.
