If you are unable to access the login page using your computer, there is a great chance that the network settings are not appropriate. In this case, you should change the IP settings to “Automatically Obtain an IP Address”. Once you have changed the settings, attempt to run the browser again. If it works, you can resume browsing your internet and if it doesn’t you can perform a factory RESET using the steps and process discussed above
