Conflict resolution is an essential aspect in everybody’s life regardless of their age and station in life. Group conflicts arise in the workplace from differences in ideas and opinions from employees. Families fighting within themselves are equally a depiction of conflict, and for progressive growth, efficiency in handling such disputes is paramount.
