ASTANA, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan has asked Russia's state agriculture watchdog for more detailed information on alleged violations of phytosanitary rules that Moscow says have prompted it to halt the transit of Kazakh grain, a Kazakh official said on Thursday.
